Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah is the greatest leader in the history of Pakistan. He was a brilliant lawyer, a wise politician, and the founder of Pakistan. Born on December 25, 1876, in Karachi, he devoted his life to fighting for the rights of Muslims in British India. Through his strong leadership, unity, and determination, he succeeded in creating a separate homeland for Muslims—Pakistan—on August 14, 1947.
Early Life and Education
Jinnah was born into a merchant family and received his early education in Karachi. Later, he went to England to study law and became a barrister. He was a sharp-minded and hardworking student. After returning to India, he started his career as a lawyer and soon became famous for his intelligence and honesty.
Political Career and Struggle for Pakistan
Initially, Jinnah worked with the Indian National Congress to fight for India’s freedom from British rule. However, he soon realized that Hindus and Muslims had different interests. He joined the All-India Muslim League in 1913 and became its leader. He believed that Muslims needed a separate country where they could live freely according to their religion and culture.
